About ICAS TRAINING AND EDUCATION COLLEGE (ICASTEC) PTE. LTD.

ICAS Training & Education College (ICASTEC) was established in 2005 with the aim to impart knowledge and skills for employees and to prepare students for their future career path in the F&B industry. We are proud to be among the foremost organization in the teaching of Food & Beverage and Culinary Skills (Western) in Singapore. We are committed in providing our students with the highest standard of service and by promoting a conducive environment through a low teacher-student ratio of 1:34; class size is kept to the capacity of 8 - 34, to foster a right balance of positive group learning. Teachers are selected based on their subjects of expertise, industry experience, and their dedication to teaching. They are also regularly subjected to performance review as we are constantly seeking to improve our standards. ICASTEC has developed transparent redress policies to allow every students feedback and issues be addressed as promptly as possible. Concerns raised by our students will be acknowledged immediately and within 3 working days and the resolution process will be from 14-21 working days.
