About this Course

At the end of the program, participants should be able to : ¿- Establish working relationships with network members to improve knowledge sharing and network opportunities ¿- Pursue collaborative opportunities that will support beneficial outcomes ¿- Build trust and enhance commitment ¿- Develop systems and processes that support organizational diversity strategies ¿- Monitor the implementation of systems and processes to support workforce diversity ¿- Adjust interpersonal style to the social and cultural business context ¿- Identify and act on possible causes or sources of conflict ¿- Negotiate issues to reach mutually acceptable outcomes ¿- Review the effectiveness of the conflict resolution strategies ¿- Take action to prevent the recurrence of conflict ¿- Facilitate information exchange among network members to support organizational and team priorities ¿- Develop an action plan for self-improvement
