When OTi Group and SDC Consulting merged on 1 February 2010, we called the company OTi-SDC Consulting as a transitional name in order to reflect our history and roots. A year later, we took the step to adopt a completely new name - Capelle Consulting. The word "Capelle" reflects what we do - help companies achieve "Capability Excellence".
