COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course covers learning in F&B workplaces for front liners to deliver total customer satisfaction which starts from the
preparation before receiving guests, up to the time guests leave the outlet. If properly executed, it will lead to higher
return business Interaction with Guests is your moment to exemplify total customer satisfaction.
Course outline:
• Preparing to interact with guests
• Assisting guests with seating
• How to take food and beverage orders?
• Serving Beverages? How to pick-up food orders? Serve food?
• Presenting bills
• Assisting guest with departure
The course will be conducted in English.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
• Able to speak, read and write simple English (ESS WPLN Level 4)
• No other pre-requisites
DURATION
• 24 hours (9am to 6 pm over 3 days)
ASSESSMENT
Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by WDA upon passing an oral/written examination and practical
assessment administered by Ascendo Consulting.
