Strategic Business Skills for Project Managers focuses on business skills and will enable participants to think of projects as business ventures.
At the end of the programme, participants will be able to lead projects according to market performance, strategy, shareholder value, and strategic growth.
The programme uses the five phase project management process to teach business concepts.
Participants will have a chance to assess the financial viability of several organizational projects and prioritise them based on the return on investment to the business. All this is possible in the learning environment through the use of a computer based simulation. The experiential hands-on approach allows participants to reduce the time taken for skills building.
