About this Course

Today’s leaders are not only required to develop sound and workable strategies, they are expected to follow through with practical implementation of their ideas. With a looming challenging economic climate ahead, what are key elements organizations should look out for to drive businesses?

Leading Strategy Into Action aims to provide participants in senior management roles with the skills and knowledge that will help them develop, align and implement strategies, and develop measurements to drive accountability. The programme focuses on strategy and strategic disciplines that enables them to develop business plans specific to their business unit.

Through the use of a computer-based simulation within the learning environment, participants will have a chance to implement a strategy that they have decided to pursue. The experiential hands-on approach reduces the time taken for building skills. 

Participants will make strategic decisions that will help them to align and execute their strategies to drive their organization’s success.
