The paradigm of organizations the world over has changed. What was once a stable and predictable environment is today a global arena with new competitors, changing technology, shifting markets and fluctuating monetary conditions – all in a corporate atmosphere of downsizing, restructuring and uncertainty.

In today’s business environment, the capacity and ability to lead and manage change is of utmost importance. It is no longer enough to build good plans but to be able to effectively lead in the execution of these plans. Being able to effectively communicate and drive change are critical skills to implementing strategic planned change within an organization.

With change as a constant in business today, leadership traits like taking risks, innovating and empowering teams, establishing a common purpose/ shared vision and adopting entrepreneurial initiatives are all part and parcel of the mindset change.

The Driving Sustainable Change workshop is based on recent research and best practices. It will acquaint participants with the necessary skills and knowledge that will equip them and their teams in this environment of turbulence.

The programme will focus on self mastery in the face of change and techniques to drive change within the organization. Self esteem, positive attitude, passion, activity analysis, communicating, problem solving, decision making, profiling change responsiveness and leveraging tools and techniques for planning and implementing change will be the emphasis of the two and a half day programme. Participants will have a chance to lead an organizational change through a computer based simulation.
