This unit helps you understand adult learners and their characteristics. It presents a range of key learning theories to help you explore your philosophical orientation towards learning and teaching. This module introduces participants to the practice of reflection as a means of enhancing their expertise. The tools introduced include Reflective Journaling, Critical Friendships and Communities of Practice. The skills developed here will be used throughout the course.
