About this Course

This unit addresses the skills and knowledge to enable and empower managers and other nonhuman resource (HR) staff to provide HR services. It includes selecting appropriate training modes for and providing ongoing support to non-HR staff to perform and deliver HR services, in addition to evaluating the effectiveness of HR services to identify areas of improvement.

 

1. Select appropriate training modes to equip non-human resource staff to perform devolved HR services.

2. Provide ongoing support to non-HR staff to assist them in the delivery of devolved HR and challenges faced.

3. Evaluate the effectiveness of devolved HR services to identify areas of improvement
