About this Course
The Certified Operations Specialist (COS) are certifications under the Generic Manufacturing Skills WSQ that offer a systematic pathway that aims to equip the workforce with vital industry skills and knowledge to enhance competency, increase operational productivity and professionalism within the industry.
These certifications are portable across the manufacturing industry as well as to the operations and technical jobs in other industries, COS equips participants with foundational skills.

Who Should Attend
The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system offers a systematic path for individuals to equip themselves with relevant competencies so that they can upgrade their skills, enhance their employability and stay relevant.
Certification
An individual who completes each module will get a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). Upon completion of all four modules, WSQ Certificate Operations Specialist certificate will be issued.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Participants should have :
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 4
- Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4
