About this Course
The Certified Operations Professional (COP) are certifications under the Generic Manufacturing Skills WSQ that offer a systematic pathway that aims to equip the workforce with vital industry skills and knowledge to enhance competency, increase operational productivity and professionalism within the industry.
These certifications are portable across the manufacturing industry as well as to the operations and technical jobs in other industries such as logistics, services, retail and real estate maintenance and management industries, COP equips participants with foundational supervisory and managerial skills.

Who Should Attend
The Certificate Operations Professional (COP) modules are beneficial for all workers especially those in technical and operations-related jobs.
Certification
On successful completion of each module, a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) will be issued. The Certified Operations Professional (COP) certificate will be issued on completion of the 4 modules.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Participants should have :
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 5
- Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 5
