WSQ Advanced Certificate in Team Leadership

The Advanced Certificate in Team Leadership modules provide the skills and knowledge required to support and lead a team. It covers conducting team planning activities, demonstrating organisation values and building support and commitment within the team. It also helps to identify opportunities for innovation and the implementation of changes to work practices and continuous improvement processes. You will also learn to review your own performance to identify strengths and limitations of professional competence and management practices.

  • Singaporean/PR
  • At least 18 years old
  • O/N Level credit in

Schedule

Weekdays:

7.00pm – 10.00pm

Weekends:

9.00am – 6.00pm

Electives

Participants need to complete 6 Core modules and 2 Electives to obtain a qualification. 

The Electives can be selected from this framework or any other WSQ framework, within the same level as the qualification or taken from 1 level above or below the level.
