About this Course

Papa Palheta constantly aims to raise the bar of specialty coffee. As such, we are excited to bring you this WDA approved specialty coffee session. Over the course of 3 days, the WSQ: Provide Specialty Coffee Service aims to equip the individual to understand what sets specialty coffee apart, as well as the necessary skills to serve specialty coffee. Upon completion, attendees should be able to confidently accomplish the following: - Describe and recommend coffee products. - Grind and brew coffee. - Prepare and serve espresso. - Prepare and serve cappuccino and latte.
