About this Course

The course is comprised of a 1 day strategic visioning workshop followed by 2 half-day sessions to validate and refine the strategic plan which will be aligned and ready to be communicated to the rest of the organization. 

The integrated course will acquaint participants with the necessary skills and knowledge that will help them develop and align their strategic plans. 

Focuses on providing a structured framework to support the formulation of a strategic plan, drive alignment of the plan and communicate the strategy across the organization.

This course is based on recent research and best practices and addresses three key questions faced by organizations today:

  • Where are we now?
  • Where are we going?
  • How do we get there?
