Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning and Leadership (MA LLL)

About this Course

The Master of Arts in Lifelong Learning and Leadership (MA LLL) programme is a joint collaboration between the Institute for Adult Learning and the UCL Institute of Education (IOE), to develop practitioner-researchers for Singapore’s Continuing Education and Training (CET) sector.

The MA LLL is designed for CET professionals with degrees in their domain field who aspire to undertake leadership and research positions or professional educator roles in the CET sector. It focuses on developing CET practitioner-researchers, instilling professional adult educators with critical thinking and analysis skills that will contribute to and enhance the overall CET sector research capability.

To qualify, you should have a good first degree (at least an Upper Second Honours degree or equivalent) with two or more years of relevant work experience. Outstanding applicants who do not meet these requirements can seek entry through the completion of qualifying work.
