About this Course

This managing conflict training course has been developed by KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT) and Training Edge Pte Ltd to offer a personal competency course in leadership skills to staff in any Onshore / Offshore industry.

The one-day course consists of 5 modules, each with specific managing conflict and self-evaluation elements as follows :-

Module 2 : The Use of communication

Module 3 : The management of Diversity

Module 4 : Constructive conflict Resolution including using EQ to manage conflict successfully

Module 5 : 10 Good Practices to Build Sustainable relationships
