Course Overview :
Participant who are certify competent will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
Course Aims :
To equip food handlers with the knowledge and application skills to Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
Course Objective :
On completion of this unit, participants will have the knowledge and skills in Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures and be able to apply them at the workplace.
These include:
•Practising good personal hygiene
•Using safe ingredients
•Handling food safely
•Storing food safely
•Maintaining cleanliness of utensils, equipment and service/storage areas

•New entrée to Food and Beverage industry
•Food Handler are require under NEA mandatory guidelines to be certify competent
