This unit looks at the process of preparing and facilitating classroom training. Learners can acquire competencies such as reviewing learners’ profile and adjusting the training programme accordingly.

It also covers:-

  • preparing the necessary resources and training environment
  • creating and maintaining a conducive learning environment
  • effective use of instructional skills and strategies
  • monitoring learners’ progress and conducting a post-course review 

Course Duration

20.5 hours (including 1.5 hours assessment)

Assessment

Participants are required to attend one and a half hour of assessment.
