About this Course

This competency unit looks at how adult learning theories and principles, different learning styles/preferences and ethical issues affecting training. Primarily, people who require such competencies are those who would be involved in work related to the development and delivery of training programmes and assessments.

Who Should Attend

This course is suitable for people who are moving into the training arena with little or zero knowledge in training field. It is also suitable for full or part-time in-house trainers, freelance trainer, training consultants, assessment developers or assessors. 

Course Duration

8 hours (excluding 30 minute interview for final assessment)

Assessment

Participants are required to attend a 30 minute interview for final accessment after submission of written assignment.

Trainer:Student Ratio is 1:20.

Practical approach, supported by theory-based classroom session
