August International was set up in 2006 to provide quality safety courses, training and consultancy to the maritime industry. Working hand-in-hand with committed partners, the company was able to establish itself as a Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) accredited training provider offering several other regulatory safety courses and training programs. Since 2006, AI has grown from strength to strength, in tandem with the developments of the Singapore economy to provide updated and quality training programs and consultancy services for various clients in South East Asia. As a result of the organization’s commitment to quality safety courses and training, AI has fostered close relationships and gained recognition with various other technology, education and social service providers. In 2008, AI’s safety course training programs came under the auspices of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) under its Skills Development Fund (SDF) and became an official training provider for MENDAKI SENSE in Singapore. Since then, AI has trained thousands of workers from various heavy industries and provided consultancy services for clients such as the Jurong Port and ABB. Today, AI is a full turn-key human resources and consultancy services provider, offering Training, Manpower as well as Safety & Security Solutions for its clients.
