About this Course

You will learn how to review the process of implementing competency-based training for adult workers. You will understand the differences between other national training systems and the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) System and how the Singapore environment impacts our Continuing Education and Training landscape. Issues on how WSQ can be adapted to different contexts and the limitations of competency-based training will also be examined.
