Prerequisites:

  • Singaporean/PR
  • At least 18 years old
  • O/N level credit in English / WPLN level 3
  • Participant must sit for 
  • C-Vat Test (20 min) compulsory

Schedule 

Weekdays:

7.00pm – 10.00pm

Weekends:

9.00am – 6.00pm

Elective

Acquire Industry Knowledge

Participants need to complete 2 more electives to obtain the qualification. 

The electives can be taken from Level 1 or Level 4 modules of the Service Excellence Competency Framework or electives from other WSQ frameworks.
