 Select culturally developmentally appropriate songs for singing

Session 3: Music and drama with reading and writing

 Music and Story combination

 Exploring vocabulary used in songs and drama

 Drama reenactments to develop narrative competence

 Music Composition and writing

Session 4: Promoting early literacy through music and drama

 Develop a music and drama literacy plan for children 4 to 6 years old

 Presentation of participants’ activity plan

 Local community resources that promote literacy through music and drama

 Reflect and Close
