About this Course
The business of training is like any other business, where success or failure is influenced by the health of the economy, market dynamics, business imperatives, organisational efficiency and the abilities of its people. Changing landscapes, technology and shifting demands are impacting the way and speed in which Training Organisations are evolving. Increasingly, strategic thinking and business planning has become essential in maintaining the competitive edge of Training Organisations and leading them into the future.
However, strategic business planning should not be skill-set exclusive to top management. It can begin at middle management. This programme seeks to help middle to senior management level professionals working in training organisations to understand the landscape and nature of training businesses in Singapore, and to establish a coherent business plan aligned with the future landscape requirements.
