Problem Solving and Decision Making (Operations)

About this Course

This module at operations level aims to equip learners with the skills to anticipate and identify problems within their circle of influence and to be proactive in generating and evaluating solutions to resolve problems. In many situations, operations staff may not be in the position to make decisions needed to solve a workplace problem.
