About this Course

This unit looks at the process of preparing and facilitating classroom training. Learners can acquire competencies such as reviewing learners’ profile and adjusting the training programme accordingly. It also covers:- preparing the necessary resources and training environment creating and maintaining a conducive learning environment effective use of instructional skills and strategies monitoring learners’ progress and conducting a post-course review
