National Physical Fitness Award (NAPFA) Tester Course

  

About this Course

The National Physical Fitness Assessment (NAPFA) Tester Course is a basic course designed to equip MOE Teachers with the essential knowledge and skills involved in the school NAPFA Challenge. Participants will learn the fundamentals of health and performance related components of fitness and its relation with the six test batteries of the NAPFA scheme through theoretical and practical sessions. Upon successful completion, participants will be issued a NAPFA Tester Certificate.

Who Should Attend

All staff, teacher and students from schools and tertiary institutions only. 

Candidate Eligibility

● Minimum age of 16 years old and a good understanding of English.

● A valid Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is compulsory for all applications.

Duration 

5 contact hours including examination
