HRLAW Vietnam Seminar

About this Course

The Labour Code of Vietnam was passed in June 1994, and was amended several times (April 2002, November 2006, April 2007 and 2011). Not only the Labour Code, a number of Decrees, ministerial Circulars and Decisions, provincial Decisions and Guidelines, the Law of Social Insurance, create a uniform legal framework.

A new Labour Code was officially passed by the Vietnam’s National Assembly to replace the old Labour Code and its amended Laws.
