About this Course
When we look at organisations, we will inevitably see it organised by functions (e.g. sales, human resources, finance, etc.) or business units or product divisions. For purposes of people planning, the problem with these approaches is that people are deprioritised behind functions, products and business units.
In this workshop, we introduce a different perspective of an organisation with the Employee Lifecycle Management Model, which focuses on people at different cycles of their lifetime in an organisation. The workshop then focuses on developing a strategy around motivation, development and retention at each of these stages.
