About this Course

This unit addresses the skills and knowledge to facilitate group processes to achieve an agreed outcome. The unit includes identifying key objectives to determine facilitation outcomes, using appropriate group process techniques and tools to guide decision making, and evaluating the effectiveness of the facilitation.

1. Identify key objectives together with key stakeholders to determine facilitation outcomes for the group.

2. Use appropriate facilitation techniques and tools required to guide participants towards decision making.
