About this Course

A mentoring programme to help accelerate the career progression of aspiring Professionals, Managers and Executives.

Objectives:

• Identify workers who are taking new reponsibilities leading to PME jobs
  
• Support these workers during the transition period
  
• Equip workers with skills and know-how to succeed in PME positions
  
• Mentor as role models to workers
  

Criteria:

• Offered opportunities for PME jobs *
  
• Diploma and/or WPLN Level 5 and above
  
• Singaporeans/PR
  

Have you been recently promoted, received a salary increment or taken up bigger roles in your current job? Or are you looking into assuming the positions of Professional, Managerial or Executive as well as improve on your career prospects and social mobility? If yes, this is the programme for you.

We identify workers in the workforce who have the potential for PME jobs, prepare them to take on PME jobs through skills training and career mentoring and provide our support during the transition through case work, trainings and mentorship.
