The Diploma of Management, delivered in conjunction with Holmesglen, provides participants with the skills, knowledge and practice to manage a business and a team of employees effectively & efficiently. It facilitates the transition from frontline leader to skilled manager.
Flexible Delivery
The Diploma of Management runs on a part-time basis for 6 months, consisting of one session per week.Guilford Training Centre’s unique and flexible delivery options provide the learner the opportunity to balance study and work commitments through blended delivery supported by a dynamic on-line learning resource and Learning Management System.
Participants may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training, though a process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT)

Managers are often promoted on their technical trade skills but have not necessarily developed the skills required to lead and manage a team in business.
This course is designed to compliment the participants existing skill set and increase their capacity to deliver tangible results for your business. Assessment consists of a wide ranging, workbased project and assignment, validation and presentation encompassing all the units covered. Participants will generate a fully developed and costed business proposal focusing on their own job within the business, benefiting all involved.
