About this Course

The course specifies the competencies required of an individual to develop a competency-based assessment. Primarily, people who require such competencies are those who would be involved in developing a competency-based assessment plan to gauge a workers job/task competency level against a set of prescribed standard. In relation to the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), this course equips learners to develop a sound assessment plan based on a set of National Competency Standard under the WSQ system.
