Identify a variety of tools used in portfolio assessment
Gather information about the child using these tools
Interpret and compile information
Develop a comprehensive observation and record-keeping portfolio
Use portfolio for ongoing evaluation and guide practice
Communicate information effectively to children, colleagues and parents using children’s portfolios

Portfolio as a form of children's assessment tools
Tracking children's developmental milestones using portfolio
Effectively interpreting children's work/ progress for use in their portfolio
Strengthening parent-teacher relationship using portfolio

Methodology

The programme includes lectures, visual presentations and group discussions providing a complete simulation of children’s portfolio work.
