About this Course

This is a 5-day course that will prepare those who are interested to design, develop, evaluate, assess and deliver corporate training programmes.

At the end of the course, you will acquire the competencies to assess learning needs, design and develop learning materials to conduct different types of training activities and deliver training.

This course will be interactive, incorporate practical exercises, assessments and a range of training techniques to facilitate the learning process.

Module 1 - Conduct learning needs analysis (1 day)

Module 2 - Design & develop a learning event (1 day)

Methodology

The approach adopted is interactive using various forms of instructional methods, training techniques that include presentation, discussions, case studies, role-play and practical exercises used to anchor learning points. Assessments will also be conducted to assess a learner's ability to perform specified tasks. The training sessions are conducted in a supportive learning environment and facilitated by experienced trainers who will also provide feedback to participants.

Certification

Certification will be awarded to participants upon successful completion of all the modules and passing of all the competency-based assessments.

Participants who are certified as trainer will be considered to train for HRSINGAPORE® and its subsidiaries.
