About this Course

This Certified Human Resources Specialist™ (Recruitment) qualification course consists of five modules (7 days) and is designed to train and certify participants who need to perform various recruitment, staffing and placement activities, formulate recruitment strategies and resolve staffing issues.

As this CHRS (Recruitment) course covers the major elements of the recruitment function and it is skill based, participants will be certified as a Human Resource Specialist (Recruitment) upon successful completion of the course.

During this course, participants will learn to perform job analysis, evaluate recruitment needs, understand recruitment issues, workplace hiring practices and gain knowledge in effective staffing and recruitment strategies.

Course objectives include:

Module 2 - Laws related to Hiring (1 day)

This module covers the various laws and regulations relating to hiring in Singapore.

Certification

Certification will be awarded upon successfully completion of all the modules and passing of all Competency-Based Assessments.

Designation

Individuals who successfully completed the course and passed all Competency-Based Assessment are entitled to use the designation CHRS (Recruitment) after their names.

Who should attend

This certification course is suitable for HR Managers, HR Executives, recruitment professionals who are involved in recruitment or executive search activities for at least two years either for their organizations or their clients. Those without the pre-requisite experience must possess the HRSINGAPORE® Certified Human Resources Administrator (CHRA) qualification.
