About this Course

In today’s competitive business world, HR professionals are expected to support the business and line managers in evaluating employee performance, create a formal development plan and provide coaching in order to increase overall employee productivity.

This Certified Human Resources Specialist (PM) qualification course consists of six modules (6 days) and is designed to train and certify participants who need to develop effective performance-management systems.

Objectives

As this CHRS (PM) course covers the major elements of the Performance Management function and it is skill based, participants will be certified as a Human Resource Specialist (Performance Management) upon successful completion of the course.

Who should attend

Human Resource Executives and Managers who are involved in the performance management for at least two years for their organization.

Those without the pre-requisite experience must possess the HRSINGAPORE Certified Human Resource Administrator (CHRA) qualification.
