Certification Overview

The Certification is designed to equip participants with the foundational skills of becoming a professionally recognized consultant.

Understanding how to identify, manage stakeholders, analyze, map and define requirements for and during a consultancy project.

The certification employs a practical hands-on program approach and will include a comprehensive case study so that participants would be able to apply their learnings back in their actual consulting environments.
