About this Course
Creativity at work is not necessarily an inborn skill and it is something that can be nurtured with the right training and perception. The two guiding principles of creativity are ‘Synergy’, the way in which information is perceived and ‘Synthesis’, the way in which we process the information.
In this one-day workshop, participants will be put to task on how they could unleash their creative genius by learning to acknowledge the six ‘I’s of creative thinking. They will be shown on how to apply the attention-directing mental tool epitomised by the phrase “SCRAMBLE” in finding workable solutions to chronic problems that occurs in the workplace, for idea generation and decision making.
Unlike traditional workshops, careful attention has been placed in this workshop to design the physical environment with props and to alter it accordingly to facilitate the learning.
