The competency unit, “Solve Problems and Make Decisions at Supervisory Level”, is one of the operational competency units under the Analytical, Conceptual and Evaluative (ACE) Skills competency category. The ACE Skills competency category aims to develop the ability to generate feasible, efficient and innovative solutions to solve work problems, enhance productivity and capitalise on new opportunities.
