About this Course

SELL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES This module aims to provide the skills and knowledge to effectively apply product knowledge and communicate with customers to develop a positive rapport and determine customer requirements. This module also involves recommending products and services to meet customer requirements, overcoming objections, maximising additional sales opportunities and closing and processing the sale in a retail/ outpatient pharmacy department. At the end of module, trainees should be able to develop and apply knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services, determining customer requirements, recommending products and services and addressing customer enquiries and objections.
