The long-term success of any corporation depends heavily upon among other things, the quality and loyalty of its employees. As such, whether your employees are proactive or passive becomes crucial.
At the Singapore National Employers Federation 30th Anniversary CEO and Employers Summit held on 28th July 2010, Singapore’s Minister Mentor, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew stated that ‘Singapore workers’ productivity is no better than the Japanese.’ Thus, to improve the productivity of employees, the employers must raise the employees’ “spirit of willingness”.
