It covers clarifying information required by internal and external customers and retrieving people management/human capital information.

1. Understand requests for human capital information

  • Interpret and identify key requests
  • Clarify information request and timeliness to confirm need, nature and intended use of information
  • Confirm processes and timeliness to manage the expectations of the requester

2. Access human capital information

  • Effectively use existing systems to retrieve required information
  • Review information’s accuracy, reliability and relevance to its intended use

3. Provide requested human capital information

  • Keeping track of information provided in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and in appropriate format
  • Present information in an appropriate manner
  • Provide feedback to line managers about progress of team targets
  • Confirm that the information is suitable in response to initial request
