About this Course

This unit addresses the skills and knowledge to prepare employee communications. It includes collating required information, drafting appropriate communications, disseminating through pre-identified communications channels and monitoring the progress of dissemination.

 

1. Collate required information to prepare communications according to planned key communication messages.

2. Draft communications messages aligned to communication objectives and key communication message for approval by key stakeholders.

3. Disseminate communications using pre-identified communication channels.

4. Monitor the progress of the dissemination to ensure that the communications have been disseminated in accordance to the rollout plan
