About this Course
Have you ever thought about how a fashion apparel collection is conceptualized and produced? If you have aspirations to be a part of the fashion industry, then this course is for you!
This course will equip you with the essential skills to turn clothes into wearable women’s wear, menswear and children’s wear. You will also learn about fashion illustration, textiles fundamentals and 3D draping creation.
Acquire knowledge and skills which are highly relevant to the industry

Nitec in Fashion Apparel Production & Design graduates with a GPA of 2.8 and above may also apply for progression to related Higher Nitec courses offered by ITE.

Entry Requirements
To apply for the Nitec in Fashion Apparel Production & Design course, you need to have:
GCE ‘O’ level grades in any 2 subjects
Or
GCE ‘N’ level passes in Mathematics or Science and 2 other subjects

Applicants applying for this course must ensure that they do not suffer from colour appreciation deficiency on admission
Applicants applying for this course must attend an interview and pass a drawing/sewing test for admission.
Applicants must be free from severe visual/audio impairment.
Successful students will be required to purchase training materials which will cost about $1,000 for the 2-year course. This is in addition to the course fees. Students can keep their materials at the end of the course.
