About this Course

This programme is conducted under the framework of the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI), which was launched by the then Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong at the 4th ASEAN Informal Summit held in Singapore in November 2000. It aims to assist newer members of ASEAN, namely Cambodia, Mynamar, Laos and Vietnam, to integrate into ASEAN through human resource capacity building initiatives. 

A training centre was set up in each of the four countries for officials in these countries to be trained in various aspects. By the end of 2011, more than 20,000 participants have benefited and been trained in the four centres. Some of the courses conducted by ITE Education Services include Managing IT Security, IT Project and Design, Server Administration and Networking.
