About this Course

A Lumina Spark Workshop is a highly interactive and interesting experience in which learners explore who they are using the highly individualised Portrait. 

A one-day Lumina Spark Workshop would be conducted following the completion of the online assessment. The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete, and each participant receives a detailed individualised Portrait during the Workshop. 

During the workshop, we will walk the group of participants through a series of exercises to deepen their learning and understanding of the science and application of the Lumina Model that focuses on individual and interpersonal mastery, stress response, team working and communication skills. The Portrait could be used as the basis for individual on-going development programme.

FOUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR THE LUMINA SPARK EXPERIENCE

Self Knowledge – gaining a deeper understanding of the self can improve our understanding of others.

Building Rapport – being able to “speed read” others and gain an understanding of another person builds stronger rapport

There are three distinct differences between the Lumina Spark Portrait and other psychometric tests and profiles. They are:

• Lumina doesn’t label people or put them in a box, we call this trait, not type
  
• Lumina doesn’t force choice of preferences, we call this “embracing paradox”
  
• Lumina measures directly what you do naturally, every-day and under pressure, we call this the “3 personas”
