Trainer

Chong Kim Li has conducted in-house soft-skills training across Asia Pacific in China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore for the companies she worked with.

She has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management locally and across Asia Pacific spanning the Hospitality, Food Management, Healthcare and IT industries.

Her last corporate position was a Human Resources Manager, Asia Pacific with an IT Solution Company in Singapore. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management, Certificate in Compensation & Benefits and Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.

Kim is a HRSINGAPORE® Certified Trainer.
