Progression Opportunities
Higher Nitec in Accounting graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics.
Career Prospects
Higher Nitec in Accounting graduates, equipped with knowledge and skills in accounting are employed by government departments, statutory boards and private sector companies. Some of the job titles held by graduates include Accounts Assistant and Finance Assistant.

Entry Requirements
To apply for the Higher Nitec in Accounting course, you need to have:
GCE 'O' level grades in English Language, Mathematics/ Principles of Accounts and 1 other subject
Or
GCE ‘N(A)’ level passes in English Language, Mathematics and 3 other subjects
*GCE N(A) school leavers who applied during the January intake under the Direct Entry Scheme will undergo 10 weeks of preparatory programme followed by 2 years of Higher Nitec training.
