About this Course

Participants will experience and learn to: 1. Develop an organisational culture of innovation, enterprise and continuous improvement in consultation with stakeholders 2. Develop enterprise actions and strategies to improve organisational growth 3. Establish policies and strategies to promote initiative behaviour for continuous improvement at the workplace 4. Develop comprehensive policies that encourage innovation and enterprise 5. Establish a framework to track and evaluate improvement efforts at the workplace 6. Provide organisational leadership to promote and sustain innovation and enterprise 7. Perform risk assessment of a new policy or management decision on organisational performance 8. Evaluate implications of risks on organisational performance using appropriate tools and techniques 9. Develop a framework for an enterprise risk management programme 10. Evaluate the effectiveness of the enterprise risk management programme
